Architect: Wallace Cunningham, Inc.

Interior Designer: Pamela Smith Interior Designer

Situated on the bluff edge overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Encinitas, this spectacular concrete and glass masterpiece is nearing completion.

The concrete walls for the interior and exterior finished wall surfaces and were built with special lined forms to give them a marble like depth of finish.

The cantilevered circular entry ramp wraps around a semi-circular vanishing edge pool that can be viewed as you ascend the ramp.

Floor to ceiling glass projects out of the horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces with much of this glass being 5-3/4" thick to withstand the wind loads at this location.

There is a stainless steel circular stair with a bent glass rail that connects all three levels of the residence. The elevator is finished with stainless steel with glass doors at each level to view the glass like concrete elevator shaft.

Although undoubtedly the most challenging project our firm has ever undertaken it is a truly unique opportunity to build a work of art.
